Regular Events
Re-loved bike volunteer day 10-4
On Mondays, our group of volunteer mechanics refurbish re-loved bikes and get them back into good condition to be used. We sell these bikes in the shop and also donate them to people in need. All monies raised supports this initiative. Come and join us and learn the art of bicycle maintenance.
Tea and Tinkering bike maintenance workshop 10-1
This is a referred, or self-referred programme for individuals who wish to improve their well-being through bike maintenance. People who may be feeling anxious or socially isolated in any way benefit from working in a small group, stripping back bikes and learning how to repair them. Please talk to us if you would benefit from attending these sessions.
Led bike rides
This includes occasional confidence building rides for adults new to cycling and also our regular Wednesday evening bike rides for more experienced cyclists.
Bike kitchens and maintenance courses
We run regular evening courses, to teach basic bike maintenance skills, such as puncture repair and brake and gear adjustment. We also run bike kitchens where customers can come and use our tools to work on their own bikes.
